Dr. Mikhail Artamonov

Dr. Mikhail Artamonov, CEO, is a medical practitioner and cofounder of GoMD, a virtual healthcare provider that has worked with several partners to develop and create technologies for the healthcare industry throughout the world. Dr. Artamonov earned his medical degree at the prestigious 1st Moscow Medical Sechenov School, and over the course of his career trained in several specialties including Neurology and Physiatry, Anesthesiology, Psychiatry, and Internal and Integrative Medicine. Dr. Artamonov trained in major institutions around the world including Harvard and Cornell Universities. He is Board Certified in eight major areas of Medicine: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; Pain Medicine; Addiction Medicine; Brain Medicine; Functional, Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine; and Independent Medical Examination; and holds a number of smaller board certifications.

Thomas J. Lewis, Ph.D.

Thomas J. Lewis, Ph.D. studied at MIT and continued his education at Harvard School of Public Health. Since his father died 20 years ago of Alzheimer’s disease, he has dedicated his life to determining how to better predict Alzheimer’s and chronic diseases in general with a mission to replace the current “sick care” standard-of-care approach with a true “health care” approach. He is an entrepreneur and healthcare professional with expertise in toxic substances, drug development, biotechnology, health technology, and medical protocol development. Working with key clinicians at Harvard Medical School, his team developed an advanced diagnostic protocol, “4-Dimensions of Health,” utilizing AI-driven algorithms to measure risks and other determinants of chronic disease root cause prevention, screening, diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Lewis has written two books:  “The End of Alzheimer’s – A Differential Diagnosis Toward a Cure,” and “Quarterback Your Own Health – How to Take and Lower Your Chronic Disease Temperature.”

Dr. Michael L. Carter

Dr. Michael Carter is a board-certified physician and CMO of Functional Medicine at GoMD and Health Revival Partners, and Corporate Medical Director of Real Health Clinics. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Carter has expanded his education into functional or root-cause medicine. He has obtained educational certifications in topics including stem cells, energy medicine, nutrition and advanced peptides. By addressing hormonal, adrenal, immune, GI and endocrine systems that are critical for balancing, Dr. Carter has created a proven path for successful and optimal health. He is co-inventor of the 4-Dimensions of Health program that identifies risk and causes of disease at the root level and maps a personalized care plan to help reverse factors contributing to an individual’s disease. Dr. Carter is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Institute for Functional Medicine and he completed the stem cell fellowship and peptide certification programs at the A4M. He completed his medical degree at Howard University and College of Medicine and his residency at Emory University School of Medicine.
